Im currently the scotland boss and rangers have a few foreign players who have gained british

nationality, am I able to call them up after a certain length of time ?

if they havnt had any international caps for there home country and have gained scotland as there second nationality i believe you can not sure how long it takes tho

well the player need to apply to become a brittish citizen and even after that he still needs to of played in Scotland for 5 years regardless of if he has played for any other team in the UK

Same in my game Burley had it for years and never qualified for anything and still never got the sack.

yeah you can mate, you can have novo in the scotland team around 6 months into the first season and andy carrol from newcastle right from the start
