same here. I actually made my own tactic now..Well, basically just a slightly tweaked standard tactic, but it works ok and my players aren't that good.

he hasn't updated it yet. And there isn't really any advice for changes yet, as the update for FM came out yesterday, thus it will take a few days to figure it out.

just got an answer, it#s by design that normal coaches aren#t training the youth anymore. Bit of a problem with small team and the unwillingness of good coaches to sign on as youth coaches.

Uh, anybody else noticed normal coaches not showing up in the list for youth team coaches? (only fitness, goalkeeping coaches...) and, there is no option to give the training responsibilty (not match training, eg for reserve/youth) to the assistent?

do we have some final results for the defence part, which of the suggested changes are working?

was able no secure 2 new wingers which i could use inverted, yes, it's better that way.They score more.

@adonis_p if you're actually using the FM12 version, can u give some feedback @koflok are you planning on releasing perhaps a more defensive tactic to use in combination with this one for away games or against the big ones @matox13, it's fine for me if you want to post everything as it happens...
