Training - youth coach / training responsibility

Uh, anybody else noticed normal coaches not showing up in the list for youth team coaches?
(only fitness, goalkeeping coaches...)

and, there is no option to give the training responsibilty (not match training, eg for reserve/youth) to the assistent?

just got an answer, it#s by design that normal coaches aren#t training the youth anymore. Bit of a problem with small team and the unwillingness of good coaches to sign on as youth coaches.
