im playing in the italian league as Roma, the rules only allow you to sign 2 players per season who are not european. so for example u cant sign 3 players from south america in the same season. not sure why u cant sign david villa as hes spanish...

when you have 5 mill in your transfer kitty, want a player whos transfer listed at 30 mill to take u to the next level, u sell 3 players for 10 mill each, but the board reduce your money due to debt issues, so you now have, no world class striker cos u cant afford him, and your 3 players short...
