I thought it may be the reason at first, but they pass even when they have 3 or 4 short passes options. Its not like they hold on to the ball looking for a short pass and then when someone presses them they hit a long ball, but they hit a first touch long balls scrweing up my whole game..

Is it just me or is there a serious bug with the CB's passing in the latest patch?
Almost everytime they get the ball they hit a one touch long range impossible pass, ruining the whole game. I set their passes to the lowest possible, lowest creative freedom, **** I even instructed them to hold...
So after I've downloaded the demo through steam and completed the installation, it automaticly installs directx and than i got a message that says missing framedyn.dll.
I can enter the game but sometimes in the middle of a match the frame freeze and than i get a message that says 'runtime error...
That's what I thought, I've seen a few tactics in the forums that still suggests using shouts and I just didn't understand the point.

If for example I changed my playmaker's passing to about 4-5 notches, and than I use the 'Retain possession' shout, does it lower it even further?
Or does it keep the same instructions and only changes it if I havn't edited it?

I'm kinda new to the game and all, so I'll take your advice anyway. Should I play a high D-line and high pressing or normal line with normal pressing? I'm not quite sure about the pace of my Cb's as Terry is VERY slow and cahil is decent.
I'll try setting them to man mark the fullbacks. Theyr mentality is already just one notch ahead of the middle, so isnt it too low for AMR&AML?

I have Hazard in Advanced playmaker attack at AML and oscar as a winger-support at AMR.
both arent tracking back to create a second bank of 4 along side ramires and mikel, I tried lowering theyr creative freedom to normal and one notch...
