Is there an official answer to this question? I've been searching for a definite (or official) answer for quite a long time now, with no success. Surely someone does know how this works?

Not the case here, though. My U-20 squad already has 4 goalkeepers, one of them a hot prospect I have signed.
These "new" players don't even appear in my squad list (not greyed-out, or any other way). They just appear in the attribute comparison tab, more specifically...

Just recently, four of the players I have in my shortlist appear to have disappeared from the game (including one I was still scouting).
They are still in my subscriptions...

This is a late question (and I'm not making a request at this point), but have you made any Italian 3rd tier (Serie C1/Lega Pro Prima Divisione) logos? Those are not available in the OP, so I assume they don't exist, but...
