Ok guys, i send my *** Man to find some loan players but no matter what he never finds anything. My team (Havant & W 2nd season) is really lacking in 2 of my back 3 postitions. And all the players listed for loan are properly horrible and wont get a game in my team. Any help would be appreciated

Ok this may not be known by i would like to find out. Is it better to have your youth players developing in the reserve team (and playing) or in the U18s? (or indeed in the first team but not playing.Just wondering as i just signed a 14 yr old german kid who has a PA of 4 1/2 stars for wolves.
