The teams don't want to sell those players so they slap high price tags on them, you can't just go around and take who you like. By 2016 you can usually get great players for steals if they are transfer listed.

How on your player information screen can you make their youth information appear as Youth Caps which I assume is a sum of all their youth levels rather than U20/21 caps?? Here is an example, mine which displays as U21 caps. One displaying youth caps.
