I'm running the game on a Macbook Air mate, without any emulators, so the Mac can't be the root of all your problems, did you use the OS installer instead of the Windows one?

Sometimes it's just luck, not every generation has transcendent footballers ;) I've had some awesome regens, so it's not just you, what might help though, is having these physically skilled youngsters be tutored by creative vets, which if they hit it off could result in massive attribute gains...
