I was wondering if I can modify the number of teams who are relegated in a season,also if i can change a normal league to be a play off- pay out system?

Is this based on a FM13 file?Or is it created with an FM2014 editor?the relegation/promotion from the description at the beginning confuses me

3 examples: -Stuttgart,playing with 4 defenders-2 CM (one with defensive role,the second old school CM) - 1 AM - 2 wingers - 1 striker(the settings for the striker: 2 clicks towards attack,2 towards creative freedom(much), runs from deep-often,runs with the ball-often,through ball - often)...

I played with small teams and with big teams,but with almost all of them I couldn't maximize the potential of my strikers.Could some one suggest what settings should I use for them?

There are 160 team in the competition,I want to update the teams so I need to put Atl.Madrid directly in the groups.This means -1 team in the rounds/play-offs. Any suggestion?
