As it says in the title, I was sacked after winning 4 promotions in a row with Salford City because I didn't give youths a chance. Anybody else had this before?

Hello, started a save with Salford City down in the Vanarama North and managed to get 3 promotions in a row and I'm now in League 1. The problem is, I've only got a u18's outside the senior team, is it possible to request to make a reserves squad or something along those lines? Thanks in advance.
