If I am searching for say a scout. I have my search criteria on is a scout, and rating 4 stars+. I still get some other people with other job roles come up, like a manager that can work as a scout. The rating, is it still for the scout option, or could it be for their current job (AM)?

Does anybody know if, when selecting your favoured team whilst filling out your manager profile before you select a team to manage, does this have an impact in the game. For example, if mine is Manchester United, and I manage Manchester City, will it affect the morale of my players? Thanks
