I leave it to the *** man too but I manually change any of the 3 sessions to a defensive shape session the day before a match

Testing with chesterfield. Predicted to finish 19th in league 2 on my second season. Started using this at the beginning of January and lead me to a 2nd place finish. I'll update with how i get on in league 1.

I had the same problem. Do a defensive positional training session the day before a match and that seems to reduce most of the conceding out of nowhere

It’s fully familiar except the position role duty section, as I have to keep chopping and changing due to fitness
