Hi sorry, I actually haven't played much in a couple months, so I don't have any updates for you. I'd recommend just switching things up a little and doing a little testing of your own. That's how this tactic came to be in the first place!
The defense isn't always the best, but that hasn't hurt my results at all. Typically score at least 2 goals per game, so the defense can give up 1 occasionally. Also, the tactic led the league in defense in both seasons that I've used it for. It's not perfect, but it's a strong, realistic...
I also use Attacking Movement as my pre-match training! I feel like it emphasizes the tactics strengths, so I went with that over the defensive ones. Very happy to hear about your excellent results!

I would definitely recommend having pacy centerbacks. Playing with a high line and using offside traps can lead to about an error a game depending on the players, and pace can often make up for it. You could also shift the left back into a more defensive role. The combination works on the right...

Considering I'm playing as Liverpool, most teams I face are either smaller reputation or similar reputation. I usually leave the mentality as is regardless of who I'm facing though. Sometimes, if I'm a goal or two up in a very tough fixture, I'll adjust things to a more counter attacking style...
