started a new save with leeds united, going pretty well so far with V2 of tactic, only transfer in is essien on a free, looking good so far

I'd say it's not a soft or a hard brexit, it's somewhere in between the two. IIRC, there's lots of different flavours of brexit modelled in the game, which one you'll get you never know, until it happens!

From another LLM point of view (currently with 5th season with Maidstone and currently in league 2), I find that having a couple of different tactics helps, as the AI does seem to learn your tactic & how to counter/negate it. Signings wise, I tend to see where my weak spots are in the team...

Finally got around to getting FM17, big fan of 4-2-2-2 formation, and currently trying it out with Maidstone United in Vanrama National. Seems to be playing ok, some solid wins and draws and a few losses so far into my save. Will see ho w it plays out other the first season.
