I brought Football Manager 2012 today and I installed the game and started playing it. But every time I try to see a profile of a member of my staff, the game crashes. How can I fix it?

I usually try and build a big team of scouts with different nationalities. Plus if you have more scouts, you could have one in each region and one in each competition available to scout.

When I lose, I take a deep breath, count to ten and just continue playing.
