does anyone else have a player who regularly injures a team mate in training? Fabian Delph always does it in my save. Anyone know how to cure this/have the same problem?

so I have preordered FM11 and it should arrive at around 1 today.
just wondering what the benefits of running with steam are? I'm on a mac so I believe this is the first FM to be steam-mac compatabile.
whats the difference? being able to play without the disk?
