Graphics card is better in the Toshiba, but I'd go with the Lenovo. Generally better laptops and has the benefit of an SSHD as well as a better screen

It works fine. Not had an issue with mine and it is from 2011. If you've got the money swap the 8gb ram for the core i7. processor is normally the most important thing for FM and there's a big difference between i5 and i7. ?40 difference between the processor and ram upgrade

Yes I have and obvious bugs should be sorted out by SI very amateur of them this year! with the bugs. Like FM 2011 with the transfer bug at the beginning

The Beta is awful. Ridiculously buggy and laggy (And its not my laptop). Regret pre-ordering wait till the full release because playing the beta is pointless. Loved FM 12 but getting annoyed with FM13 and with the obvious bugs that should be sorted out!

FMC is not really a mode I reckon most people on FM BAse will not be using it!
