I understand the regen script can not be changed.
Seen some where everyone great. But I'd be interested to see how the world evolves if there's a database where no-one has PA above 100 or whatever. Jsut to see if incompetency leads to 0-0 games from **** striking or 8-7 wi ns from appalling keeping. <)

Well frankly yes it does, I've invested a lot of time and effort into earning achievements as I seek to get 100%. Having 1 bug out on me would be a futile disappointment.
I qualified the 1st time round over 2 weeks ago, and every other achievement has been credited immediately.
When I go on Holiday, mys *** man picks stupid squads! Leaves out 2 current England internationals. and pads out my 25 with under 21 youth squad players! Meaning I don't have access to some of my best players!

When YOU are managing, not holidaying, take your *** man OFF of auto opposition instructions, I found i got WAY netter results playing with no OI's at all... not quite up there with my *** man, but an improvement big enough to warrant me suggesting it to you.

Does the strikers setting make a big difference, or should I just choose the role that suits his stats, or is there a role that's more selfish/goals compared to team orientated?
Basically I want to have some super famous all star player.
Is there a tactic which is especially good at getting the most out of a player in one specific position?
