An update from my season, won the league & beat Real in the CL And I could literally have a far better record if not for having a period of two and a half months, of having match in average every 1-2 days! Had little depth in the squad and my players were constantly on 70-80% condition.

Did you try maybe to change team mentality to very strict? I found that when given freedom they do whatever the heck they want. :P Been very restrict will probably force them to listen exactly and as instructions says.
