I was just wondering if anybody creates kits in the standard style found in-game?

I'm thinking of using a 4-1-2-1-2 formation. I have the number of Goalkeepers, Defenders and Forwards figured out (2, 8 & 4) How many Midfielders would I need to make this work, I was thinking 7/8 with 2 of them being a LW & RW.

What would be the best way to play these guys? Im in my second season with Liverpool :) Suarez: 18 Appearences, 12 Goals, 6 Assists :) Aguero: 16 Appearences, 10 Goals, 6 Assists :) They're not doing too badly I'll admit but they could be better :) Im playing them both as FWD's on Poacher...
