I am trying to add a new non player to my game. I am at the correct page but as soon as I enter the first name and try to move to the second name I am taken out of the page completely.

I have created a new journalist in the editor. However, when start my new game and do a search for the journalist, he isn't there.
Any help/advice please.

Open the editor, load database, load any editor files you may want. Then from the left menu select "person". You will see a button labelled "add" at the bottom of the page. Select this and start filling in the information about your player. When you've finished just save and exit.
Great update as usual. I notice you didn' t create Jason Wilcox as Man City under 18 manager. No problem, next update will do. When you create a person how do you stop the game giving him a different id number to the editor?

When I created a new person in the editor, he is assigned a unique i.d. Based on this i.d I have added his picture to my facepack. The problem is that the game seems to assign a different i.d. when loaded, meaning that the picture doesn't show. For example, the i.d. assigned by the editor is...
I thought so with Martin Ferguson. Here's a slightly tougher one. Ex Blackburn player Jason Wilcox is now the manager of Man City's under 18 team, and he's not even in the database.
I bet you already have this but, just in case. Martin Ferguson has retired as chief scout at Man Utd and Robbie Cooke has been brought in from Everton. It is one of the more obscure ones but I am amazed at the amount of obscure ones you get right every time.
I have recently downloaded a database update. I have then added a few changes of my own which weren't included. There is now a new version of the database which I wish to download. My question is this: To preserve the changes I have made do I merge the new database with the old one? If so does...
