So I'll try it with 2 CMs as koke/Montolivo play as DPL and Poli/De Jong play as BWM in games where I can play more attacking style,and with 2 DMs in games where I need a more defensive approach And what about the team instructions,are they ok?,and the other players role?

I have Poli and De Jong for the dirty work role,should I place one of them as a DM instead a CM and let the play as a Anchor/BWM? And is there anything else I can improve in the players roles or the team instructions? *thanks for your help by the way,really appreciate it :)

Thanks mate. I also gave El Sharawy cross aim target man So I'll change the higher tempo to lower.anything else I can improve? And are the any special player instructions to give to other players beside El Sharawy?

My squad and formation: Team instructions: So I have this huge problem that I almost never score,I have like 7 0-0 draws in a row... any suggestion? by the way.. El Sharawy plays as inside forward+roam from position and dribble more and he plays terribly,what instructions should I give...

Can you explain why is it pointless? I thought about possession tactic with 1 striker 2 wingers ,and a fluid midfield that can attack and defense, And maybe another attacking tactic with 2 strikers for games where I'm favorite to win or I really need to score I really find it hard with...

I'm struggling against counter attacks,scoring goals and hold possession,will that tactic help? any,i'll wait for more suggestions :)..

How can I improve it?,and sometimes I play with 2 Strikers instead of the middle attack midfielder I do concede to many goals,and and don't score enough,can you help?

So if i'll let Tello play as RW he'll assist more? and my left defender is Full back (Auto) and De Sciglio is Complete wing back ATT

El shaarawy is the least problem because sometimes he scores,i'm talking more about the side defenders and Niang who plays right winger Thanks alot,i'll try those instructions

I opened as season with A.C. Milan,and I have this huge problem with the wingers' support I play with El Shaarawy and Niang and the try to shoot rather then pass in almost every situation I set their instructions to "Shoot less often" and "Dribble more" and they still try to shoot when ever...

Hey man,well after I tried a lot of tatics since I opened this post,it seems the 4-5-1 with DLP and BWM in the middle,TREQ\Advanced playmaker in the upper position.. and also reduce the amount of instructions you use (I used only-Higher tempo,hassle opponent,work ball into box and retain poss..)...
