A.C. Milan squad,Need a tactic

So here's my squad..

I need a good tactic,I opened a several posts before and none of the tips did helped me..

I concede a lot of goals,almost don't score and the team play bad generally

Can someone help me with a good Formation,Team instructions and players' instructions (if needed)

I'm struggling against counter attacks,scoring goals and hold possession,will that tactic help?

I thought about possession tactic with 1 striker 2 wingers ,and a fluid midfield that can attack and defense,


And maybe another attacking tactic with 2 strikers for games where I'm favorite to win or I really need to score


I really find it hard with this year new tactic,so I really appreciate help

If so,I guess he is using Fake 9 as a striker,should I stay with it or let Benteke play as Target Man or Advanced Froward?

and should I use the original one or the Rigid one?
