I need a tactic for my Chelsea team. I tried soooo many tactics which are uploaded here, but none of them works. I'm asking myself if I'm really such a bad manager. Can you please reccomend a tactic which will work with Chelsea? Below is my squad.

Any other tweaks that should be done? Or should I just change the roles and leave instructions as they were? Oh, and I was thinking about changing one CM to DLP. I'm starting a new game with Real Madrid and I want to get the best from each player.

Can I change the striker role? From CF to poacher? Should I make any changes to player instructions and the tactic itself? I think not many teams have really good CF, but there are so many good poachers out there. Thanks, for answer :)

Raikan, could you please help me with PSG...I think I have a team that should be good enough for this tactic, but I'm just not winning and dominating games which I should. At least at home versus weaker teams..Ibra isn't performing like he should, basically the whole team isn't performing well...

Torres as Poacher and Tevez as DLF...Drogba is more of a Target man, however I think you should sell him, cause he is getting old and you don't need him if you'll play with this tactic. Torres+Tevez will be perfect combination!
