Start of my season goes great winning all my games then come the last few months of the season my team just fall apart, can anyone help?

Tried everything, made my own tactics and also tried out alot of tactics from this site. Trained my team to the tactics in pre season till it has became very fluid, but just cant consistanly win although I always do well against the big team. Whats going wrong any help much appreciated
