This edit is saved as uncompressed so is a lot bigger. I'd suggest to download it, open up the editor, load the uncompressed file and save it as compressed.

Run game, tick the change box next to editor data files.. then tick the box on next screen with the downloaded update

Made a lot more transfer for EPL teams.
Only play FM 2012, can't get into the newer ones.
Anyway, been updating the game since I've started playing it, made over 15,000 changes from scratch.
Update mainly the "bigger" teams and league.
Corrected most of the Champions League and Europa League that will play in the 2015/16 season...
