Why do i have at least 1 player on a 5.5 every game. Until i am winning and they magically improve to a 7.0 or so.

My Right back has 13 assists in 22 games with an average rating of 6.85. The low ratings the defenders get is ridiculous

halftime, barca at home v Betis. drawing 1-1, messi is on a 5.4 he scores a goal after 48mins, and is now on a 7.7... I don't expect/want to win every game but a bit of consistency in player ratings etc would make me a lot happier!!!
