Hahaha I thought it was awful too when I used it. I’ve played fm for a long time now and I know within 45 minutes whether a tactic is great or not.. this certainly isn’t.

That’s definitely not normal. I actually think the tactics stopped working because on my save it’s not working either! I’m sorry it’s not done well for you, it’s been incredible for me but honestly the day after I posted this tactic it stopped working for me.. the irony!

What kind of results have you got mate?

It has been for me until I reached the peen with Derby. Moved to wolves but struggling to get out of the bad form they were in and the tactics not working there either. It works on my Altrincham save which I am in the prem!

I didn’t do any transfers mate as it’s co-op journeyman career me and my brother in-law do. We have strict rules so it’s not too easy ? if I did my own transfers I’d win every year easily. In this save we use DOF in charge of transfers and we’re only allowed to bring in 3 players during summer &...

Let me know what you think. It’s stopped working for me on my Journeyman career. I’m Derby and predicted 20th in the premier league. Might still work for others though!

I leave everything to my assistant. I created the tactic, I pick the players, give team talks etc. He does the rest. I've never bothered with any of that on this game and I've never had a problem winning virtually every year. I've given a lot of info on the OP, check it out bro.

Hi guys, Firstly, I've only ever posted one or two tactics on here before, none this year however. If I post a tactic it's purely because I've tried and tested it and i know it's better than anything else i've used. I'd go as far as saying it's better than any tactic currently on this website...

I found I conceded a fair bit but 9/10 i'll outscore so it doesn't matter. Use "pass into space" honestly, it'll massively help your scoring. If you're at home to a weak side, try changing mentality to attacking if your stats look good but you've not scored by 50/60 mins.

I find it depends on the player, if they come to you asking for 300k, i'd probably go to 200k and make it semi negotiable (double click so it's orange). Usually I find this makes them massively lower it, They'll probably come back asking for 240k or something, i'd then do the same, 200k again...

Keep shadow strikers but make sure you play strikers in this position with the right attributes to make a good SS. Convert them to the role, they’ll have the knack of scoring and therefore score more goals.

I use PC/Laptop and it’s working perfectly for me.
