Probably been mentioned on here already but I couldnt trawl through 12 pages to find it.... Most keyboard shortcuts don't work such as spacebar to advance or backspace to move back a screen
Im currently managing Dinamo in Croatia and kicking *** (not particularly hard, Champions League is what im trying to progress in though) and I just got an offer from CSKA. They have a decent squad and good budget/good salary space too so im tempted to jump ship and give it a try. Im just...
Not for a small market team just entering the championship. If its a team from the evo-stik leagues originally then it will be a small team from a small(ish) town that has a small(ish) fan base. No-one would be chucking money at that club at all. Perhaps once they get to the Premier League...
Win competitions and increase your reputation. Im guessing you just got promoted into the championship and still have a relatively small stadium and fanbase. Think about it from the sponsors point of view. Why should they invest money in your club? The more games you win and trophies you earn...
He accepted all their offers. They all offered different wages but he deemed them all fine. It just came down to personal terms, position in squad and location i guess.

You could negotiate that down pretty far. They just say that to see if you'll actually pay it. However he would become pretty valuable to their club so their asking for what he could be worth in the future, not what he is worth to them now.
Definitely a save with my Pompey as it will be fun to rebuild them up from league 1.
And most likely another save with Villarreal after their shock relegation to liga adelante (and because i am enjoying my current save with them loads)
Just don't go paying silly wages. The most I've payed in wages is 100k a week for Leandro Damiao because he gets the goals, but if a player is worth high wages then pay the man. New stadium would also help as well. Also remember that making a profit each month isn't essential as you get good...
You need the team to say he will be a "valuable member of the first team". If not it will be pointless for the player and you may as well keep him, tutor him and play him in easy games and cup games
