Managing in Russia

Im currently managing Dinamo in Croatia and kicking *** (not particularly hard, Champions League is what im trying to progress in though) and I just got an offer from CSKA. They have a decent squad and good budget/good salary space too so im tempted to jump ship and give it a try. Im just wondering if anyones managed in Russia and what its like. I know you need to have at least 5 Russian in the starting XI, but anyone got any
more hints or tips?

Well there is very little money in Russian football and TV money is £16K per match. My tip would be sign all the best Russian regens but personally I'd stay in Croatia.
