i fixed the problem by going to the nation of canada itself and editing how good the talent is that comes out of there.

i've also upped things like stadium size and everything i could think of. how can i make fm generate better players?

Hey guys, Ive been a lurker for quite some time but. could anyone upload the Canadian Leauge system if they have it? The creator ,w415hy, doesn't seem to be active, plus the link is broken. Could anyone help me out? I don't want to start to have to make this system :P.
