Players have potentials, but for me it seems that they variate. I scouted Zezinho one time and my scout told me his PA was 3. But then I started a new save and I scouted him again. This time his PA was 2,5! Both of the scoutings were with Barca. Also when I scouted Miguel Medina he was 2,5. But...
