Im having a problem starting the game, it starts in both online mode and offline mode but then goes off after about five seconds back the desktop screen, any ideas as to what is wrong?

Sorry if this has already been posted but cant find one if there is one I have no clue what has happened but everytime I play a game with any team the players are a right pain in the **** no matter what you say to them they always either dont have a response at all or its a negative one does...
