Players being ****** at team talks

Sorry if this has already been posted but cant find one if there is one
I have no clue what has happened but everytime I play a game with any team the players are a right pain in the **** no matter what you say to them they always either dont have a response at all or its a negative one
does anyone know what has happened? or anyone have a fix for this?
