This must be the pc version your talking about? I cant find anywhere on handheld version that states the abilities of my coach/scouts etc.. or have I missed this info somewhere?

Thanks for your reply but I think your advice is for the PC version? Im playing on my IPod and I dont seem to get monthly reports and I dont control staff either. I take it the PC version is a lot more indepth than the handheld version?

Z.Boucher is a good keeper. He's a little inconsistant at times but later on he's worth a bit. I bought him for around £3m and sold him for £18m.
Casemiro D/DM C is also a good buy in second season. He's consistant and Ive yet to scout a better defensive midfielder.
