I have all the players to fit the way Stoke play: - Long Throw - 2 Fast winger (Crossing is superb) - 2 Strong CB's (High Heading) - Strong strikers (lot of stamina+heading ability) Just need some advice on how to change the player instructions, the tactics, formation and mentality. Help...

Right, We know the obvious tactical genius on the forum.. but surely don't we sometimes think, how do they do these so well? How can you tell what type of passing football to play with the players you have? How do you know to sit deep or push up? And whether to stick to position or more...
