I am managing Bolton I'm in the 2011/12 season and I won everything last season. My problem is that for some reason my players are starting to play nervously and are starting to become complacent. My team talks are 'expect to win' and we still lose and morale goes down loads. Any suggestions?

I am playing as Man City and I signed Dzeko. Which player should I play as the Target Man? (Poacher for Tevez or Target Man for Dzeko). I was thinking to go with Dzeko because Man City lack height and he is lethal in the air but Tevez is absolutely incredible with his feet not to mention Dzeko...
