Yes they have a ban right when you start a new game.

These files have everything moved 1 year back, transfers/injuries/loans/promotions, to reflect the 2019 season in 2018. I didn't say anywhere that you start the game in 2019.

Because I have already added this year's winners of Champions & Europa League.

Since I buy the game every year, I have literally no idea about that. Also to be honest I don't support pirate games/any talking about that.

Are you using the original game updated to 19.3 patch? If you do, then maybe it's the fact that the files, right now, have a large number of changes & your pc can't handle that.
