so i'm trying to activate the Jamaican main domestic league so that i can take the boys to the world cup final, i can find it on the editor but i cant find how to activate it so that the league is playable, any help would be appreciated!

ok so ive just downloaded the game on steam, went to local disk, but sports interactive wasnt in there, the files were in my documents, went in there, there wasnt a tools folder but there was an editor data folder, in there was a XML document called config, what do i do to this to get the...

i installed the game using steam, when i follow the steps to find the editor i dont have a tools folder to download the editor, this the same for both 2010 and 2011, i have an editor folder but it has one file that says config in and i dont know what to do to it, help please!
