Foreign Player restrictions in the English Leagues

I'm trying to edit the league so that the English leagues are English players only, non of this homegrown 5 year malarkey, just English players only but my grasp of the editor is poor at best!. This isn't a BNP/EDL supporter btw, just interested to see which team would come out on top of the prem and how it would shake up the leagues after a few years

You would need to create england and change to the advanced rules. you best bet is to d/l a lower lower databse say england to lvl 10 and edit the rules in that.

This is an idea I've toyed with myself and there should be a way to do it through the advanced editor, much like it's possible to raise the salary cap in the A-League/MLS...
