If a player who has a PA of -10 and has potential ability on genie scout of 180, is there any chance of him surpassing that or will it limit him to 180? I know if he has 180 instead of the -10 then it would limit him, but if he has a -10 it could fluctuate right?

Was just wondering if there were any gems of players whose contract expires in July 2013 for teams with no transfer budget to exploit.

Salvatore Bocchetti (Rubin)
Curtis Obeng (Swansea) and Ryan Bennett (Norwich) deserve to have CA increases as they've both moved up to the Prem, especially for Obeng who moved from Wrexham in the BSP
luke freeman who signed for stevenage recently should get both CA/PA increase, he's been awesome. Darius Charles, lawrie wilson and Michael Bostwick, for stevenage aswell, deserve a CA increase :) leon clarke who was on loan at chesterfield, but is now with charlton, was 3rd top scorer in league...
Hi i'm a charlton fan and i think the transfer budget for charlton could be significantly improved seeing as they were taken over. Should be around the £900k-£1m mark IMO.
The fact they're miles ahead in league 1 suggests there should be a few ca and pa changes :)
