Genie Scout

If a player who has a PA of -10 and has potential ability on genie scout of 180, is there any chance of him surpassing that or will it limit him to 180? I know if he has 180 instead of the -10 then it would limit him, but if he has a -10 it could fluctuate right?

The -10 means that he Will have different PAs in different saves. In your current, its 180 and it that save, its his limit.
