I'd change the Full Backs to Wing backs or CWBs. With your player instructions it seems like you want a shadow striker and a F9 so try using those roles instead of altering AP and CF ones

Lucas Romero is a no brainer. He's a diablo player - he will do an immense job at anything you ask him to do. Just sign him :D

Kruse was a baddie for me. 3 seasons and never got into double figues for assists or goals. Not like the rest of the team did poorly either, he just sucked ***.

Wow that is crazy :O Nope, Ferreyra wouldn't sign for me. I've started a new save now and managed to get him and Fierro up front. Now I just need to sort the defense. 2 right backs and a left back and none of the young english talent will have bids accepted on them :/

Try lowering your mentality (say from attacking to control) and using shorter passing

Need a 1st choice striker - complete forward - for newcastle, ideally someone who is good in the air and has some strength. Any ideas?
