So I like this tactic very much, I use it with city. It offers a beautiful game and adapts very well to the opponents. Very offensive but with the ability of a solid defense. I have tested several 4-2-3-1 and this is the one I prefer.

I tested this tactic, it is not extraordinary....I even started to take easy goals again. Your tactic 4-2-3-1 Joker is much better

Thanks for the upload! I tested it on a few games, it's quite interesting as a variation but the original tactic still seems to work better. (at least for the moment).
