Is there any easy way to sell players? I need to trim my wage bill to make room for some new players, but when i offer my players to clubs at even half their value i dont get any offers. Is there something I'm missing?

ah right, so is say a youth 4 star better than a senior 2 star? or does it work that youth 5 star is still a little behind senior 1 star?
