Hey all. I like to try the Lower League Challenges, and as I live in Basingstoke area..... What's the best suggestion regarding lower league tactics to get the team gelling?

I'll give this one a go with Basingstoke Town, where I live atm, and let you know the progress/tweaks, ets (novice tactition myself)

So, after getting the sack, I restarted the game, again as Basingstoke, only this time I didn't get rid of the megre starting transfer money, and focused on getting a coach that was better than the one i started with.... currently 5th after 7 games, with a GD +2!! going well.....

Basingstoke, played 3 games, and won all 3!! working so far, hope it continues :-) nice one!!

Oh dear, have just been told that I am on the verge of the sack!! Am currently 17th, but 3 points seperate me from 7th!!

I, like many others, enjoy the challenge of starting the game with a lower league team and trying to get them through the challenges of a season. I decided to start my current season as Swindon Town... they are not the best team in the nPower L2, and not the worst either but still a challenge...

Cant Download tactics, etc Please help!! I had no problem downloading from FM2011, however am now using a different laptop, and cant download for FM2012!! do i need anything different to do this? The tactics cant be found :-(:@
