sup guys i need a tactic thats good at attacking and defence because im weak at the back

my team is lacking qaulity at the back so i need cheap but good defenders .

i made my own team the other day called atletico teesside and i have put them in devision 3 in spain we were tiped to get relagated but we are in 4 position and the january transfer market is 4days away and despratly need better players in every position so i need your sugestions
