If it is supposed to emulate the tactics that Dortmund use IRL, then how come you've ticked off counter attacks? Counter attacks are one off the most important parts of Dortmund's play.

I just started a new save with this tactic, and as you can see from the screenshot, it's doing pretty good. Only transfer I made was getting Isco.

I just leave it on balanced and medium work rate. The only time I set any individual training, is if I need someone to learn a new position.

I haven't played any further than the screenshot shows. Normally I pull the DLF out.
