Never really worked at it, does it make a big difference to the growth of your players? I normally just buy the best coaches and players witht he best potential and they turn out well enough. Is there a beginners guide around, or can some of you give me some tips?

Right so i download the Megapack and it's all working, but i now constantly get unique ID's instead of who i'm playing against and who people are, and sometimes numbers like -1 and 5.2!? Can someone please tell me how to rectify this?
